Leadership Oklahoma Class 30’s Oil, Gas and Water session was April 7-8 in Tulsa. During the session, participants were provided an overview of Oklahoma’s oil and gas industry – its history and future, explored current issues in the energy industry and the impact these are having on the state, and discussed the major water issues that impact the state's economy and the lives of Oklahomans. Class members visited several locations in Tulsa: NORDAM, the John Hope Franklin Center (Greenwood Cultural Center), Mt. Zion Baptist Church, AHHA Tulsa Hardesty Arts Center, The Williams Center, ONEOK Field, the Gilcrease Museum and Tulsa City County Library’s Central Library.
