Wishing Allyson and Elizabeth all the best...

It is with very mixed emotions that I share that both Elizabeth Logan and Allyson Carson have resigned. Elizabeth has accepted the position of Assistant Director of the Oklahoma Behavioral Mental Health Association and Allyson has launched Roserock Strategies, LLC.

Since joining LOK in 2019, Elizabeth has been a valuable member of our team. Her many contributions to the adult and youth programs were essential to our success, especially with the virtual YLOK Class 20 session. It is always sad to lose a dedicated, hardworking, enthusiastic and ingenious colleague but I respect and support her decision to continue her studies and embark on a career in mental health in Oklahoma.

Allyson has given so much to this organization over the past eight years. I admire and appreciate her creativity, passion and devotion to our members. I acknowledge her efforts and thank her for her dedication throughout the years. She will be deeply missed in the office but, as a member of Class 23, she will still be a part of LOK!

Elizabeth’s last day will be August 21, 2020 and Allyson’s will be September 14, 2020. Between now and then they will be using some of their accrued PTO.

Allyson and Elizabeth have made substantial and important contributions to Leadership Oklahoma. I will always be grateful to them. Their departures will have a significant impact. At this time, I do not know how or when we will fill the vacancies created by their resignations; however, I do know that with your help, Leadership Oklahoma will continue to be the preeminent leadership organization in our state!

Please contact me if you have any questions and join me in wishing Allyson and Elizabeth well in their new endeavors.

Stay safe and be well, my friends.
